When booking through the app using a smart phone, the continue button (to continue paying for the booking) is situated at the bottom of the screen near the edge that you can’t click on it and the Ask Siri pops out if you keep on trying to click the button. Had to borrow someone’s ipad, install the app and pay for the booking which is kinda an inconvenience and should have been done speedily on the iphone.

Promo codes cant be applied in the app, i tried using the web bookings instead and it went through. The recent updates are just having more bugs than the previous versions. Hope they can fix it since ive been using this for my bookings mainly due to the vouchers and all.
Cannot find a cancel booking button (please correct me if I’m wrong)

I was a no show and informed the hotel via email that I wouldn’t be able to travel due to the recent typhoon. What followed was one misunderstanding of the cancellation policy to another. Your cancellation policy needs more words like “a cancellation on or after the first day of the booking will incur 100% of the booking price.”Your app also lack a “cancel booking” button. Why do I have to call or email you for this? This could have been avoided if your Robinsons hotel app has that button and then a pop up message that says “cancellation is 100% non refundable”. I would have understood then and would not waste time writing an email or calling the hotel.
