Poor Unfortunate App
This app was created without the developer/s even knowing what they are doing. After finishing the “sign-up”, they will ask you to connect your phone no. to the app by “OTP” in which I never got any confirmation numbers (tried thrice!). In conclusion, they just want to collect customer’s infos for them to use to sell their products via texts. Disappointed in you, Royal Canin.
It's okay, has potential
Still lacking some features and articles exclusive to my dog. Free gift set is not available and there are no participating stores near me. But the app has potential.
