Have tried to input my contact number to retrieve my password, app says an OTP has been sent but received nothing. So I tried to create a new account using a new number. The app says an OTP has been sent but then again there was nothing. I waited for more than five minutes for both, and tried to resend a new OTP but the app says my account has been blocked—mind you, I barely even done anything aside from clicking the request a new OTP button. Goodness, I just wasted my time! If you cannot fix such a simple issue, then don’t market it on your products and just simply remove this app from the app store!

This app is totally crap. You can’t even create an account because of the OTP cool down. It says, the OTP will be refreshed after 5 minutes, but 30 mins has passed I still receive the same notification, it failed the basic which the creation of account itself. A total waste of time waiting or sending of OTP to be refreshed.

This app is so bad, it doesnt even do anything after sign up, it hangs and is unresponsive. Salespersons frm Royal Canin advised us to download the app to earn points after buying their products. And this app doesnt even work. Delete this useless app from the App Store. Or make a better one. So frustrating!! We collected stickers bec the salespersons advise and cant even use it!!!!! Argh
