1. 티켓 번호 등록
공연 시 공식 응원봉에 좌석번호를 등록하면 무대 연출에 맞춰 자동으로 색상이 변경되어 보다 즐겁게 공연을 즐길 수 있습니다.
2. 응원봉 배터리 잔량 체크
앱과 연결된 응원봉의 배터리 잔량을 체크합니다.

It didn’t connect
I just bought mine but it didn’t connect I tried it several times but it didn’t fix it
Fail to connect again😭
I bought and used it at the venue of seventeen concert, i download the app and it work at first but when i used it again it cant connect to the app it says that press 10seconds to initialize but it didn't work and im crying😭 please help what happen?huhuhu
I cant connect
I was using this app for almost last year, but when I try it now it always said that hold the button for 10 sec but I can't connect ( please fixed it )
