Disappointment about the updated SHAIL APP
As a regular user of the SHAIL app, I eagerly awaited the latest update, hoping for improvements to enhance my experience. However, the recent update left me thoroughly disappointed and confused.
The new features introduced in the update seemed promising at first glance, but upon using them, I found myself struggling to navigate the app efficiently. The changes were not intuitive, and instead of enhancing usability, they added unnecessary complexity.
One of the major issues I encountered was with the revised layout, which seemed cluttered and disorganized. Navigating between different sections became more confusing, making it difficult to find the information I needed quickly.
Furthermore, some of the functionalities that were previously straightforward now seemed convoluted, leading to frustration and decreased productivity. Tasks that used to be simple now require multiple steps, complicating the user experience unnecessarily.
Overall, the new update has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the SHAIL app. I hope that the developers address these issues promptly and revert to a more user-friendly interface. Until then, I find it challenging to recommend the app to others, and I hope for a swift resolution to restore its usability and effectiveness.

The redesign made the app much worse
The old design is more UX-friendly. The new redesign just made the UI pretty but completely forgot about UX.
The update made searching for buses more of a chore compare to the old design.

Worst update
The latest update is totally useless. As a commuter, I need to quickly find the best route to work, but the timings aren't in real time. It's annoying to have to scroll down to see the current time after seeing outdated schedules first. Commuters rely on this app while on the move, and the updates keep getting more frustrating. It might look fancy for tourists, but us residents are struggling to stay informed. A lot of people are unhappy with it, so it's time to listen to our feedback.
