SHEIN-Shopping Online 12+

I love shopping at Shein, I have only ever had to return one item to them before due to it being a bit small. I have ordered numerous items from them including shoes, clothes, fashion jewelry and hair accessories and I have never had any issues with the website. Delivery's and refunds have always been processed quickly as well considering they are not based in England and come from quite a distance away. Their clothes are such good quality for the price also and always fit amazingly. I have spent hundreds on Shein now and refuse to shop anywhere else. I love their app also, it shows previous buyers reviews under each item which helps you make a better decision on it before buying. You can earn points to take money off orders too by checking in each day, buying stuff and reviewing products you buy. I like that they do coupons and discounts every so often too. Love love love Shein!

Me and my mom ordered a few items on the app. It first got shipped on the 20th of April then got rejected on April 29. The orders were supposed to arrive yesterday or today (May 4-5) but since it didn’t yesterday, we waited for it today but it also didn’t arrive. I received the email late (yesterday) that it got shipped on April 20th. We tried repurchasing them 3 weeks ago because it happened twice. It first happened April 17. They said it got rejected. We repurchased it and waited. Then suddenly on April 29. My mom orders a lot in shein. She also receives her orders 2-3 months late because it got rejected and she had to repurchase them. When it arrived after 3 months later, she paid it for 3x the price (she only ordered 2 items that costs 500+ and repurchased it once bc it got rejected and she didn’t knew what to do so she just repurchased it. When it arrived she paid 3x of the price but only received the two items she ordered) she sent shein a message saying that why does she have to pay 3x the price of the products. Shein said 🙄 it was because she repurchased the items 🤦‍♀️ we were like what? Are they being ridiculous? We just ignored it since there was nothing else we could do. So yeah idk if there are others who get their orders rejected

Honestly, this app is much better than any shopping apps in my country. I love that they have several options for filtering your searches, making it easy to look for what you want. They also have detailed charts of sizes so you wouldn’t worry about the item being too large or small. Layout is organized, it looks neat and attractive. It runs smoothly and rarely lags. As for my shopping experience, Shein hasn’t disappointed me so far. Everything that I ordered was in excellent quality, accurate size, and quite affordable. They are generous of offering points too, which gives you large discounts to your orders. I hope more people from my country will use the app. Most of them are afraid that the items will be a bit pricey and that they might get wrong sizes. Wew~
