The best online shopping that I have ever experience. Superb customer service. Their personal shoppers/order specialists are very kind and accommodating. Very customer focused service 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The app is easy to use too and has lots of collections to choose from. It’s user friendly and the overall design looks neat. Great but there are some bugs
I like the app. It’s definitely faster than the website version. However, the sorting button when viewing the list of products, the app crashes. Thankfully the stuff in my cart wasn’t removed. The filter button works fine tho. One suggestion would be to group the items by size or variation like in shopee. Ex. I buy knorr cubes, instead of viewing all of the sizes( per pc, 4pc , whatever amount in the box) on a long page that takes time to load, why not just group them. Click on knorr cubes chicken. Then it takes me to another page where it shows the different sizes available. You did this already with the vegetable and meat section( 500 kg or 1kg). I think this will make it easier for us customers to see all the available products you offer instead of seeing every singe size of the same product and wasting time scrolling just to find out that you don’t offer what we’re looking for. Thanks so much for this valuable feedback :) The variants for similar products is an awesome idea - we will see how we can work on implementing it. We believe that the crashing issue has now been sorted if you update your app to the current version. If not, it would mean a lot to us if you can message us on FB with your phone version and we can investigate further!
