I’ve been using this app for about a year now and I’m glad to share that I have already made 3 withdrawals from my rebates. While there were some issues on missing points and unexplained deductions, these were immediately resolved by their very efficient customer support team. But I also agree with the one who made an earlier comment that you have to save a screenshot of your balance as supporting document one you file an issue/complaint. Also, their referral promo is legit and I’m excited to earn more points!!!More power to your team!!!👍🏻
I dont recomment it
It takes 4-5 months before you can redeem your cash points. Worst, if that redemption date comes, theres no assurance you can withdraw it or it will made available for withdrawal. Its takes several months for them to verify your purchase from the merchants. For me its not acceptable, why? Its because in my case I purchase it through my credit or debit card. In that sense, the merchant surely received my payment, and I can no longer reversed my transactions. So it is consider sale from their end. I cant understand it, why shopback will have the hard time confirming all my transactions to partner merchants and give cashback in a very long time. You can compare it with other apps or other store online where you can redeem you points instantly, without waiting for a very long time. If this is their business model then let it be, but its not beneficial to their user. You will surely lose your interest or engagement in this app eventually.
