Located in the heart of Downtown Ithaca, we have been open since 1978. In the early 2000’s Shortstop Deli acquired The Hot Truck, keeping the tradition that Bob Petrillose had started alive. The Hot Truck Pizza Subs have become a staple of any visit to our store. We were even featured on Serious Eats and Food Network! The business is owned and operated by Ithaca native, Chuck Dong. Here at Shortstop Deli we strive to give only the best customer service that guarantees your experience is one you won’t forget. We use the best ingredients to make you a sub that can only be replicated by one of our experienced sandwich makers. We offer a wide variety of choices of subs, wraps, salads, breakfast, snacks, and of course the Hot Trucks. We have some vegan and gluten free options, too!
