Bad customer service
Third time having issue using card for any transactions (withdrawal, online payments, instore payments not working) and yet, still customer service not prompt in solving the issue. You must contact them thru whatsapp ONLY as there’s No hotline available to call their customer service. Very bad service. I understand its free and for low-income people but didn’t expect the customer service to be this bad. Fix this Sidi as Warba bank wont be fixing any calls from us as we are not Warba bank clients. Thank you
