why i can play in all cash games. it been a week i guess …

Cant Play Cash Games when I complaint about the Game Crashing
I cannot play anymore cash games when I complaint about their games crashing.

We recommend ensuring you have the most up-to-date version of the app you are crashing in. You can confirm this by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Make sure to also play from a stable Wi-Fi signal, and close all apps running in the background. I know it's never a fun experience when playing competitively. In the event you are ever disconnected mid-match please be sure to reach out to us at support@skillz.com with the Match ID, and we'll be sure to handle your issue right away!
