A downgrade from its predecesor

I enjoy these similar games of the developer, I even played the games before this. But, as beautiful the visuals are, from the UI to the graphics of the stories, the whole game really, it seems the whole UI and menu, the whole thing before the actual nonogram game, is slow and cannot be skipped. I do get thet there is a part of a story to read every other chapter, which sometimes I read on the spot, but sometimes I just want to play and read the story once I've finished all the chapters. It is quite annoying as well when I accidentally tap on the settings the loading up/transitions of the options takes sooo long and sometimes even lag and not show up at all. Another thing is, I don't really mind watching a 30 second ad to be able to continue the game when I've lost all my hearts because I thought it's fine to support the developer but sometimes it takes 2-3 30 second ads to continue. By the 3rd time it happened I just completely disregard my game and debated to delete the app but because I enjoy it I just have to let it be. I have no problems with the games before this but it's odd that this one made me annoyed the most considering it's newer.
