I downloaded this app to monitor my spending. I knew I spent around 200,000 already this January. (today is Feb 20).When i downloaded the app, it directs me to my old smac despite being a prestige member for 3rd yr now. I linked the prestige account and voila - it was successfully connected but my purchases were appearing as Zero. I slept over it and the next day, it is showing the correct accumulated purchases for the year, as well as my points.So I’m giving it 4stars because it was not real time.I have yet to try other purposes of this app aside from points and purchases tracking.

Since reaching the total spend of 200k PHP is what you require for members to maintain the Prestige Level, please do it as a fair share to bring back the feature where we can monitor that. Given that there’s not much on this app specially that it comes very buggy and lagged for latest phone upgrades, I only found one feature that was reliable on the previous versions and that was to check the “Total Spend” so I can monitor my progress without the whole effort to take time to connect with CS or go to the stores directly. Now it is gone and only the points history is there, which doesn’t really help that much reference-wise for maintaining the account as they’re just accumulations that are not even limited for purchases since they can also be bonus points. We should not bear the burden to compute or convert the earned points by every purchase we make when it’s a feature that is expected to be there.

I ordered some items for pickup at the SM Dasma branch, and the whole experience was very frustrating.When I arrived, I first asked the counter where I could pick up my order. They told me to go to Customer Service. Customer Service then sent me to the SM Admin office outside the department store. When I went there, they told me to go back to the department store because they were supposed to handle it. I was sent back and forth with no clear direction.Thankfully, the staff member who assisted me in admin office was extremely helpful. He even walked with me to Customer Service and spoke to them on my behalf. Kudos to him for going the extra mile.After that, a supervisor assisted me. While she was helpful, it was very clear that the staff were not familiar with the app or the pickup process. They didn’t seem to know what to do. I even overheard them saying that they do receive emails about online orders, but they don’t really act on them.The pickup time was supposed to be 12 PM. I arrived before 12, but by 1 PM, they still couldn’t figure things out. They called the personal shopper, and I waited another 30 minutes. When she finally came, she told me that most of the items were unavailable. She handed me the only item that was available and told me to just look for the other items myself — then she left without any further explanation or assistance.In the end, I still had to shop on my own despite ordering online specifically to avoid this hassle. This defeats the entire purpose of the app.Overall, it was a really bad experience. The app may work on the ordering side, but the in-store pickup process clearly needs serious improvement.

Even with this new veraion still is no good especially with old users who have problems logging in with their account. It is still the same we cannot access out account and since it is not allow to register the same SMAC card to a new account it is still useless. Seems the developer is knowledgeable enough to resolve such issues. Practically waste of money with this type of developers
