11 digit no cannot be completed
I cannot proceed to type with my 11digit cellphone number because there is a default number "Zero" that cannot be deleted or replaced . Please fix this issue

Only 10 digits?
I can’t proceed because my number is 11 digits but the app only allows 10??
Inconsistent Notification
At 12:07 am today, my first message was acknowledgment of my top-up, then the renewal of my plan. Then it was followed by a notif of non-renewal for insufficient balance!!!
I had topped up last night more than enough for my plan! What happened to it that now I have "insufficient balance"????
