Don’t understand why people say this is a bad game

This truely is a good app.
You know idk why people say this is a bad game like because it’s “laggy” always “crashes” and to many add’s but the truth is I barely get any adds,I don’t lag at all, and never in my life that I crashed. And even if you do then your living under a rock because who the hell has that bad of aWiFi router and lag? Then you have a device made 10 years ago because my device was made like in 2014 yet you guys still lag , crash.

This truely is a good app.

Keeps Crashing

Been playing this game since its release and using my old phone. However, the game keeps crashing every time I open it. I have to reopen it a few times so that it’ll go smoothly. At first, I thought it was an isolated case. That it may just be a problem with my phone or something. But I tried playing my other games installed on my phone and they were running smoothly. Same thing with my other apps installedI am not that adept with technicalities & terminology when it comes to game bugs, but hoping this will be fixed soon in your next update.

Been playing this game since its release and using my old phone. However, the game keeps crashing every time I open it. I have to reopen it a few times so that it’ll go smoothly. I’m absolutely in love with this game. It even made me get past my old addiction to Roblox. Sure the trophy mechanic is a bit unfair to some people, and the lag might be a little frustrating, but this is still a super fun game! I even have the strength to say this is a thousand times better than the endless runner one.
Definitely the best Sonic mobile game.

Hello SEGA,I was playing the game since the sonic movie event, with my game center account. I had to delete the app because of storage issues, when i downloaded it again my progress was gone. Can by any chance I have my game center account reconnected again? Thank you.
