The Sony l Music Center app will singlehandedly enable you
to listen to Hi-Res sound sources in the excellent audio quality.
You can also connect to other Sony audio devices to play music in the
best possible sound field, with the settings optimized for each individual device.
To use the control function of audio devices, an audio device compatible with Sony | Music Center is required.

Devices that were compatible with SongPal are compatible with Sony | Music Center as well.
Main Feature
You can playback music including Hi-Res tracks on your smartphone.
Play the music contents from CD, USB, and Smartphone.
Access music by browsing or searching music folders stored on your computer or NAS drive thru network(DLNA)*.
You can set Multi-room, Surround, Stereo wirelessly with multiple speakers.*
Change the setting on the audio device, such as Equalizer, Sleep Timer, Network* and so on.
*Limited to compatible devices.
This application supports VoiceOver.
Note
* Starting with version 7.4 of this app, it is only available on iOS 15.0 or later.
Some features may not be supported by certain devices.
With the update to ver.5.2, Music Center will no longer be compatible with STR-DN850/STR-DN1050/ICF-CS20BT/XDR-DS21BT.
Some functions and services may not be supported in certain regions/countries.

Great App!
User friendly app. I use this for my single DIN car stereo. Really useful, I no longer press any buttons in my stereo with this app and easy connectivity. Please add dark mode! 😁
from FRUSTRATING to INFURIATING
Very erratic half-baked app. This app lacks the most basic functionailty. It cannot and unable to play just a specific folder & shuffle the songs when playing from a flash drive. My speaker just needs to go to FLDR SHUF mode but this app cannot do that, it can only go to FLDR. Not to mention, it is unable to read all the songs and when you add new songs in your flash drive, the app is unable to read them even if you reinstalled it. A number indicator on the volume will be an improvement as well so I don’t have to look at my speaker’s screen at which volume it is. This app is not even a good replacement nor alternative to my audio system’s remote as it lacks the functionality. Meanwhile, SAMSUNG has Samsung Sound Tower app while PANASONIC has an app called Max Juke for their audio systems that has a virtual remote control that function exactly like the remote control that came in with their audio system. This app badly needs an overhaul.
Could be better
I enjoyed this app as it sound much better than stock music by Apple. I just wish that when you open the app it should automatically go to the list of the songs not in selecting Speaker and Group which you could just placed into the settings?
