No e-pin received

I downloaded this to my iPhone and turned on the notifications. When notifications popped out and I opened the app, there’s no e-pin found in my inbox.

I switched to iPhone. Downloaded the App. Received an ePin last night thru Notifications but it did not went to the App Inbox mentioned. Was not able to redeem it.
