It’s a very fun game and I love spongebob so much

So far, I haven’t experience any major trouble with it (but I’ve only been playing for a couple of hours so...). It’s giving me a great experience, the vibes watching spongebob is very similar playing this one. However, I’m kinda having a trouble with my in-game name. How do I change it? I see no name on me from the leaderboard and it kinda ticks me off a little bit.

App launching issue

I’ve only played the game around twice and I really love it. However, the next day suddenly the just app keeps shutting down. Every time I try to launch it, it only stays open for a few seconds after the game has loaded. I do not know why this keeps happening. I tried offloading the app and reinstalling but the shutdown keeps happening. My phone also heats up during this process. I can’t delete and then reinstall or try logging in on another device since I did not connect my progress to any account. Hoping this can be fixed since I really want to continue playing this game.

Fun but has bugs

I love this game. I genuinely enjoy playing it but ever since the update, my game is almost impossible to progress. My pending upgrades or cooldowns have been buggy. One of my kitchen upgrades bumped to 17 hour bug wait and when the 17 hours are over, it jumps back to 17 hours again and doesn’t deliver it. My cookies also have a 118 day waiting time, I’m assuming just like my kitchen upgrade, it will also jump back to 118 days without delivering the cookies. :((( Please help me fix, because I keep losing my levels because my upgrades won’t go through
