Very user friendly
Quick but mediocre
Definitely works faster than the website, but horrible UX on mobile. Accidentally pressed the back button while typing a long message? Congrats! You have to retype it all over again. Too many errors won’t even show why it’s an error. Just says “bad request” or “forbidden”. How am I supposed to know what those mean? Honestly, it could be better.
Update: The app running in the background is WACK. Literally woke up to an incredibly hot phone after using, and after checking which app was causing this, Sprout was the number one suspect. Running for 51mins in the background after 13mins of use. Not only that, their scheduling and reply errors have been mediocre at best lately. I wish these were improved.
