Version 3.5 FULL of bugs

Hello, version 3.5 is full of bugs. I cannot stream live IP feed from my camera as flawlessly as the last version. It also logs out from the app occasionally. Please fix this. I shouldn’t have updated this version. Thanks

Timeout error

This app and cameras worked great until this latest update now there is constantly a timeout error when trying to view the cameras when on a different network. Tried everything unistalling the app re-installing logging out logging in on off the phone, reset the router changing password etc nothing changed. It just starts working basically when it wants now. Please get this resolved this is a known problem with many users reporting the same thing over and over? When will you get this resolved? These are security cameras that we cannot view this is a serious problem.

Sricam diesn’t work when your outside and using mobile data. It only work when your at the house

Sricam diesn’t work when your outside and using mobile data. It only work whrn your at the house using home wifi which defeats the purpose!! Fix this! Whats the point of have a cctv when you can’t even watch it while your away or outside the house!! It only works when i’m at home where my phone used the home wifi which is senseless!!
