Enjoy the convenience of accessing your Social Security membership information through the SSS Mobile anytime, anywhere from your any smartphone or tablet.
Log in to the SSS Mobile app using the existing User ID and Password of your My.SSS account to gain access to your social security information. For non-registered users of My.SSS, you can view general information such as branch location and list of documentary requirements via the Apps sidebar.
The SSS Mobile is a free service to all SSS members, and is accessible over mobile data or WIFI. Data charges, however, may apply depending on your network provider or data usage plan.
Status of benefit claims (sickness, maternity, EC Medical, disability and retirement)
Status of salary loan application and outstanding balance
Total number of posted contributions
Documentary requirements for benefit claims (sickness, maternity, EC Medical, disability, retirement, funeral and death)
Documentary requirements for SSS membership, personal data amendment and UMID Card enrollment

Register in the SSS Website to create your My.SSS Account
Requires entry of My.SSS Account’s User ID and password to access SSS Mobile
Sends e-mail confirmation to the User’s registered email address for every request for change of password or password retrieval
User account will be blocked immediately after five (5) invalid login attempts
Access is secured with Verisign’s Security Certificate which enables SSL for end-to-end encryption
To protect yourself against fraud and identity theft, never disclose your User ID and password over the phone or online to any individual or group. The SSS reminds the public to transact only with SSS personnel through its official communication channels for their SSS inquiries.

I wanted to pay my contributions using the app but it looks like it is not available yet. It has been 2 days that i have been receiving a message that they’re updating their system. This app is great but I hope that all functionalities will work. I like the convenience of having to view and pay in an app. It’s also nice that we can pay through credit card (partnership with paymaya) but i hope it will work soon.

Though the user interface of the app is not yet perfect it’s still very helpful. You can view your membership information and your contributions. Hopefully, once you release a new version of this app we would have an option to view a table showing the monthly payment for the salary loan and not just the remaining balance and of course the user interface would be a bit better. Keep it up SSS! I support you all the way for making the lives of every Filipino more convenient. Change has come!
It’s great so far
It’s good that i can see my total and monthly contributions.. i can also check the balance on my loan but it would be better if i can also see the details of my loan payments and how many months do i still have to pay for it
I also like the feature/option where i can also apply for a loan just by using the apps,. It’s very convenient if the loan application can really be done inside the app
