Returning back to a 5-star rate due to attentive customer service
Months ago, I had an account collapsed caused by something that happened within the game developers’ system that caused my account to completely disappear. I was Level 45, at VIP 12 with months and hours worth of progress and quite a lot of dollars spent on the game.
It took some months, and some near hopeless moments. But my newly established account has been given the boost it needs to get back to the level I once was on. I credit that to the great customer service provided by the Disruptor Beam Team, specifically a girl named Cecilia, who has been handling my issue since this broke down sometime in November of 2017.
While its not exactly as it once was (I don’t have all my ships, and characters), I thank the team for working on this and giving me as close to a recompense as appropriate. I’m still hoping to get some of the guys I earned/paid for. But so far, the return has been amazing.

Buggy but amazing!
I admit this game crashed a lot at first but now it seems to run good on my ipad pro. I play mostly rpg games and this is my favorite. All of the characters have voice overs from the original actors clips. I love how the space battles are done in interactive 3D graphics. Its fun to zoom and rotate around the beautifully rendered spacecraft models of my favorite ships. There seems to be a lot of depth to this game. Hope they fix the bugs because this is an amazing game for any Star Trek fan.
