Very reliable! ... What I can criticize is their representatives (not all). They mostly (most of the time) leave you hanging on air while waiting for their response thru email regarding your concern/s. ... It’s been almost a week now waiting their response for my query...

Fast transaction
I bought yeezy yecheil, it’s Fast transaction but you can’t return or change the item even if the tag is intact, example if the shoes that you received and you find some irregularities that you dont like they will not allow to exhange the item even if it’s the same item and same size but much better quality control. Maybe You should send the picture first of the exact shoes to buyer before sending it so that we buyer can check it even in pictures if there are some irregularities to the shoes that we bought because the shoes is expensive and also the custom tax in Phillipines is expensive too. It is also our right to check the item first.
Poor customer service internationally and unreliable apps!
I ordered my pair of shoes last Oct 21 and fully paid for it. The item was supposed to be delivered to our place last Nov 6. It is now Nov 17 and every time I checked StockX using my account the item tracking was still the same- “en route to you”. I have yet to receive the item I ordered. Where is customer eccentricity here ? No follow ups whatsoever from their assigned courier? There must at least be, some semblance of accountability when their couriers falter in delivering the goods. This was the first time I tried StockX and I was really gearing up to order more had the experience with them been pleasant and memorable. When am I going to receive my shoes?!
