Plenty of games cast you as an outgoing hero, exploring the wilds with sword in hand - but nobody does it quite like Superbrothers. Stunning art, a haunting soundtrack and poetic storytelling combine to create a magical, mythical mystery that stays with you long after you put it down.
Very elegant and succinct
I love how it's able to convey so much with so little! The fear, the panic, the serenity of it, all conveyed in a decidedly retro presentation. I didn't grow up with it so I don't know the terms, but it's amazing how sophisticated it is for a 16 (8?)-bit game, with what seems like a midi sound track. Well done.
This is simply beautiful....
This game has not only took my breathe away.... Stunned me with the epic graphics....... Made me stay up for nights to adventure with the traveler.......it also made me laugh with it's good humor!!
This game is just simply beautiful. The strong, eccentric but vivid music catches me to my heartbeat.....it lulled me alive....
