Good game, compelling story!
Honestly, I power through the levels just to keep unlocking more of the story bc I got hooked with unraveling the mystery!
I kind of wish there was a way to playback the scenes after we’ve accomplished the chapters bc there is a lot of world building details, fun/funny banter, and convos not written in Bailey’s journal.
And of course, the graphics, the animation, the music, and sigil tracing mechanic make for immersive story telling. Keep up the excellent work, and thank you the gift that is this game.
Interesting so far!
I haven’t used any boosters so far and I can say that the levels have been mostly fair. There are some levels that I managed to beat in only one attempt, some levels that required a strategy (84 and 310 come to mind) or many attempts (such as 181 and 234), and some levels that are just too tedious where I’ll be stuck for days without spending coins for extra moves (the levels that I needed extra moves were 151, 260, 284, and 343 as I got bored of them, and these levels are not even Hard or Super Hard levels!).
The story has been engaging so far. I like how your choices can affect the story direction and your relationship with the characters. I also like the sudden plot twists the story has to offer—just when you think you are done with the story, there is a shocking revelation that makes you want to read the story more.
My only issue is that in levels, some power-ups are permanently stuck in their places if another power-up is used, forcing you to somewhat waste your moves unless you have a keen eye. This has been an issue so far in this version at least.
A suggestion: Is it possible to convert coins into crystal gems needed to progress the story? I’m currently at a “coming soon” page and I’ve been hooked to the story so far.
Stuck at level 69 :((
I’m stuck at a level and can’t get out no matter what I do, maybe it’s better to have a few rewards even after the level is failed??
