I’ve have this app for 2020 then i got Disabled because of IMPERSONATE?! LIKE COME ON! I ask for the LIVE support team and ask what I’ve do to proved my self that was me.. But they told me that the decision is FINAL?! LIKE what?! I don’t even Explain and provide Identification thats me! i don’t even Feel the Customer support team is LIVE but ONLY COMPUTER GENERATED Machine
They banned my account without due process
They banned my account because they said I was sending financial information and asking for money well in fact I did not ask for any. It just that someone reported my account, I was asking for the proof they cannot show the evidence I was asking for money. I am looking for love and husband and yet they are accusing me. A lot of men are also sexualising me and yet they are forcing me to send nudes yet they did not suspend their account. I am asking for retrieve of account but they can’t because someone reported my account. I was asking for evidence that I. Was asking for money, they cannot show. This app is not safe
Worst experience
My Account was banned permanently because I was impersonating someone. They didn’t even ask for any identification I could definitely provide them one to prove that I am not impersonating anyone else. All the pictures that I posted was all me their contact support is the worst. Also all the people I met from the app don’t really want to know you in a deeper level they just wanna exchange nude pictures. The app is lagging all the time the people in the app are crazy and weird and a contact support are the worst I do not recommend this app.
