TakeOut.PH is a food, grocery, and chores delivery service app for Panay, Philippines! We are now at Aklan and Antique! #ProudlyPinoy

Takeout.PH is an on-demand local grocery stores, chores, or food delivery application. You can find local stores near you and within your city. You can check if the store is open, what are the products of the store, buy multiple products from the store, and have them delivered to your doorstep through our rider partners. You can pay Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, and more with a dedicated Customer Service Representative for your every needs. The app will allow you to know the status of your order: from order placement, order verified by store, processing of order, out for delivery by our delivery partners, and order complete.

The first few months, the delivery service was efficient and good but since November, when I ordered from Mang Inasal, it takes 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes. The chicken was already cold when it arrived.
DISAPPOINTING
TAKE OUT PH ANTIQUE
Order was placed around lunch, No confirmation call was received. The Order was confirmed with an ETA of 1:27pm -1:37pm. During this time, no call or message was received as to whether the order will still push through or not. There is no cancel option, Rider confirmed around 2pm, a message was sent via the app asking for the time of delivery but NO RESPONSE was made by the rider. Rider ONLY CALLED stating that he is on his way to deliver the order, not minding that the order is already 3 hours beyond the ETA, without confirming first if we will push through with the order or not. Furthermore, NO CANCEL OPTION available in the app. You should put a cancel option if the order has already exceeded an hour from the ETA.
This is such a disappointing experience.
App was slow and service is so bad
The app really needs to improve! And the service was so bad. It would take a long time for the food to be delivered. The food is already cold and the drinks taste like water because the ice already melts.
Also, they should always update the menu of the restaurants they provided in the app because last time I ordered and paid through Gcash the restaurant doesn’t serve the menu already and I also encountered one incident that the restaurant is closed that day. So it is a hassle to get back my refund. And would take a long time to get it back since they reply so slow and I have to follow it up every now and then since their customer service also needs some improvement.
TOTALLY NEEDS SOME IMPROVEMENT!!!
