Hard to open the app
Hi, I’ve been using this app for over 4 months now but the crashing when I try to open the app is starting to get on my nerves since the end of February but please fix this if you may because it will be truly appreciated☺️
Story Categorizing and Searching system
Hello! I've been using tapas with my old account since 2012 and I really love its iconic delivery for "bite-size" comics. I especially adored Shen's comics in your platform before! But around 2015, I lost time to read and I lost my account details so this year, I made a new one.
And just recently, I've decided to take a look at the stories present within the app. Quite shockingly, you guys now have novels as well! Thank you! But I do wonder why do you guys not promote them so much when there are people clamoring over novels that would be lovely to be read in your platform...
Anyway, I have to say: Tapas' system and overall layout for reading webcomics and web novels are excellent, but I suggest that you guys improve the app’s search function as it is quite confusing to use. How about adding another tab specifically for searching stories, like what you guys used to have before? It was much neater and stylish to look at and much more organized and clear to use!
Frankly, the new categorizing and search function is quite daunting and tiresome to utilize :(( I would much prefer the older layout for the reasons I've just said. That, or make your search function more convenient!

I love the comics, but I hate that pop-up
I love the comics, I love everything, except for that forced detour I need to make for inks. Those free inks do not work for me, so I’d rather buy ink which I do when I like a series. So kindly remove that thing because honestly, it’s useless and annoying. Sometimes I tap too fast and I’m already reading a chapter but that pops out in the middle because it’s programmed to pop out at the start but then, it takes to long to load. Now, it resets everything and brings me back to the main page which is pretty annoying if you’re the type that closes the app after you’re done and you have to go through everything again. Thanks.
