Description
Tawakkalna Emergency app is the official app in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for managing emergency cases and community protection. It has played a significant role in containing the spread of COVID-19 and was developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
At the beginning of Tawakkalna launch, it aimed to contribute to the management of relief efforts by electronically granting permits during the “Curfew Period” for both government & private-sector workers as well as individuals. This in turn helped in limiting the spread of Covid-19 virus in the Kingdom.
During the “Return with Caution” period, Tawakkalna App launched several important new services that contribute to achieving a safe return, most notably clarifying the health status of its users through colored codes with the highest levels of security and privacy.

Why it always appear something went wrong when even if i am already using my cellular data net..What should i do?
System Glitch
Can somebody fix this app, My tawakkalna is purple since March 14, 2021 until This Day April 4, 2021, I already finished my Self-Quarantine and tested Negative several times and yet the color didnt changed at all.
I called 937 they said they cannot do anything, so meaning we cannot go anywhere. How can we eat? How can we buy our vitamins? How can we buy our basic needs? How can go to the medical?
Please, can someone take this seriously? Because we are all suffering from this app.
NOT CHANGING COLOR EVEN AFTER QUARANTINE AND NEGATIVE SWAB RESULT
It would be really helpful if you could fix this. This is a very good app but this also makes our life really hard. We can't even go outside to buy some supplies and run some important errands. I finished the quarantine and tested negative on my swab-test. Called MOH and Tawakkalna support team so many times they can't do anything about it. Stop saying "Inshallah" and giving us useless complain ticket number everytime and DO SOMETHING. WHY MAKING OUR LIFE SO HARD?!
