No Contact Support/Untrained Drivers
The contact support is not convenient, no direct contacts in which country you in. They give you complicated steps and contacts which are not active. The worst is their drivers are not trained to use the app, even you choose the card payment the driver will ask for cash payment after completing the ride!!
Late Drivers and Long Route
We always wait for drivers and needed to call for follow up where are they. Taking long routes also to maximise the amount customer will pay.
