Option to Add Rival Friend

Overall the game is superb! But here are some enhancements that would be great! 1. There has to be an option to add a rival as your friend either through their profile or after a good match so you guys can play anytime you want. 1a. Having said that (on a UI/UX perspective), challenge a friend option is buried in the friends list, which is hard to find. Yes it’s good to increase rank and play in the league, but sometimes you just want to beat a friend you know. Haha!2b. Speaking of friendly battles, hoping to see doubles soon! And a better chatbox, people are now fast hands we can type and play in seconds lol3b. And maybe some customization in terms of player look. You can differentiate a character through expertise (backhand, volley, etc) like a class, but to give each player identity is crucial. :) just a tip. HeheI have lots in mind, but I know players will agree on these that I wrote, and would not mess up the game, or veer it away from its initial concept/vision. :)2. In terms of app connection: there’s a bit of lag when playing against a friend when we have both fast connection.I am enjoying this game, and this one has a great future!

Disappointing game/Nothing like the ads

I have multiple concerns for this game. One of them is that this game has countless of hackers that I’ve played with consecutively. They disguise as beginners with starter characters like Hope and Jonah, but play with cheats. Their cheats would be lagging your side of the game even if you had a good internet connection, transfer your points to theirs even if you had obviously won the point, and hitting faster than their in-game stats. Another one of my concerns is that this game is absolutely nothing like the ads. In the ads, the player would have a joystick and serve button, but in reality, you would just have swipe to hit the ball and click a spot on the court to move. It may be easier for some with the swipe and click gameplay, but it’s still false advertisement. My other concern is that it takes so so long to get a new character/grip/racket/etc. It’s either my luck or something, but you would have to play for hours just to get new rackets, grips, diets, characters, etc. My last concern, which might be an opinion to some, is that there shouldn’t be OP characters that you could obtain when you’re just in the beginner/rookie leagues. Characters/Players like Gael Monfils, Aryna Sabalenka, and Venus Williams (I know they’re real players btw) should only be unlocked in the grand slam/grandmaster league since it’s easy for players who have their OP characters to beat other players with decent characters. Maybe it’s a skill issue for me, but I really want this checked because these problems make this game unplayable for me.

App shutting down when you’re winning

The game is superb like graphics and all. But I’m several occasions like the last game I played, it’s deliberately shutting down when I was winning 2nd straight with the 6,000 bet. I think this is intentional since it has happened in several occasions, And the reason is obvious, they want us to spend for the game. Very disappointing ! You should have begged for money instead of deliberately fooling us.

If you don't plan to spend money here don't mind playing. every feature like opening bags and collecting jewels, upgrading equipments and characters require some sort of payment. the gameplay is good but u cant win if u don’t upgrade or subscribe to the $5 a week option that can give you more bags with coins and gems and upgrades, but after you subscribe to the $5 you still have to buy another upgrade for the badge to collect the coins. and there are power ups that other player uses that slows the game time so no matter how good u are, time will just slow down in game and the opposing player will just walk to the ball and hit it no matter how good u play. every move here has to be in some sort of monetary exchange. and if u do this game would exceed the cost of any AAA/triple A game from a console such as the Xbox or PS4. it has a lot of potential to be fun but this game was made to be a cash cow for the company
