Missing top up items, there’s app crashes everyday
They double charged me for the weekly experience pack but only gave me 1 set so I refunded the missing one. But they decided to block my whole account so I can’t play unless I pay back the so called fraudulent refund when it’s charge bug on their end, or should I call it fraudulent charge. It’s been a whole month since I’ve been replying to their customer service whom is waiting on another department that has no progress on my ticket.
Needs 60fps gameplay for smoother experience
Customization is nice, but controls are bad. When you tap the basic attack button, the directional button gets messy. It’s too small too. But the thing that bothers me the most is that it doesn’t have the 60fps option, leading to poor gameplay and performance. I’ll keep the game but I won’t play it ‘til there are further updates.
