This app helped me recognize a tone.

Very disappointed

I only downloaded the app to see its features but it made me agree to a 1 year subscription before trying it out. I forgot about the app since the features were not so different from free online learning sites and I never bothered opening it again. However, it automatically charged my card with the subscription payment without any warning and with no way to have this refunded. This is by far been the worst way I could have lost that amount of money. I tried to have it refunded since the amount is a big deal to me as a student, but nothing worked. Hope no one else experiences this.
