Battery consumption

I got excited to play the game since I’ve been looking for an openworld RPG where you can customize your character the way you want it. This is indeed a counterpart of Genshin but with a lot more twist. I gave 4 stars because I would really love to play the game till I am satisfied but the game drastically drain my juice in an hour or less and my phone gets very hot for playing less than 30 minutes. It’s not tolerable. I already adjusted the display and all I can think of to try to minimize the consumption but nothing helped. I’m afraid that this will destroy the battery. 🙁 I couldn’t keep up with the game worrying about that. I was able to play Genshin for an hour or two since I have no problem with my phone heating up that much. I think that the game should be optimized.

I like it, I got meryl (my dream character) as a starter player, so I want to play the game as much as I can because the gacha has been kind to me and grants my wishes. However, I can't play the game due to frequent crashes. Everytime I log in and play, it'll kicked me out and most of the time, forced log out that I have to log in again. I can't keep up with the game like this, sometimes when I can play, it'll only stays for 10 minutes before it crashes again. I have been patient with that, but it just turns me off so as a result, I'll give up and won't try to open the game anymore. I tried contacting customer service but I cannot write my issue there freely, I do not see an option in which I could express my issue towards the game and after a few days, they'll go fix it. So, I go here hoping to resolve my issue so that I can finish the quest and explore the areas as soon as possible before vera comes out so I can save up enough crystals for the characters I wanna pull which are claudia and lin.

Game-breaking bugs

It’s been a long while since an open-world mobile MMORPG has been this immersive and fun, but it’s blatantly obvious they didn’t give enough budget and time for Quality Analysis.

Game teleports you everywhere unintentionally in certain instances; One of my friend bought the game pass without receiving the rewards and to this date (1 week) still don’t have any response from the customer support; progress or upgrades made in ruins disappear after exiting; mass ban for uncertain reasons while actual cheaters are still on the loose; red banner disappearing ahead of deadline with irreversible conversion of tokens; frequent crashes and kicking out in the game; and so much more little bugs here and there that is frustrating.

Some have already been patched and compensated, but if the updates continue with poor QA and continuous game-breaking bugs, I think a lot of players will lose interest, especially now, after a week and first impressions has already been made, the game is starting to be repetitive and simplistic to spend much more hours on.
