Ratings and Reviews
Works like a charm
Had a problem with setting it up at first but it did the job. My phone can now connect even in the farthest part of our 2nd floor! Our internet mbps is the same all throughout the house. In my case, it worked as a wifi range extender. It didn’t make our mbps go over our internet plan like some reviewers experience.
Buggy
I’ve been using this app for a while now and after the most recent update, its running very slow. I am using it on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running on the latest iOS and also used it with my Samsung still the same results. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app still its buggy. If you open a feature like link account it takes forever to load but not before opening. Also, one of my deco wont update to the latest version. Same model the first 2 are up to date but the new one doesn’t update. I’m very disappointed. I am trying to reach out to customer service instead of giving a bad review but there’s no way to reach them so, here the end results. I hope this issue will be fixed in the near future, once fixed will be happy to change my review.
A good Mesh wifi with some features we wish to have
The app is good. Hope you can add these features in the future. (1) To be able to set max bandwidth per device, and (2) to be able override and manually enter desired Wifi Channels, your Ai Mesh determining Wifi channel will be still Auto, and can become a suggestion when user is trying to set the Wifi channel manually. (3) For Client List, add sort/filter the devices by nodes, so we can know at a glance which devices are connected to which nodes.
