Great!

We have been using this to-link Deco hime for 2 years now. Everything is okay with our wifi connection. In fact, PLDT keeps on sending us promo to subscribe in their wifi mesh, I been turning it down because we are very much satisfied with the performance of our Deco-home. The only thing happened was when I cannot find my deco icon in my cell phone. I did not get panic and download again the apps and placed it again in my cell phone. Thanks TP-Link Home mesh for a great performance.

Buggy

I’ve been using this app for a while now and after the most recent update, its running very slow. I am using it on my iPhone 14 Pro Max running on the latest iOS and also used it with my Samsung still the same results. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app still its buggy. If you open a feature like link account it takes forever to load but not before opening. Also, one of my deco wont update to the latest version. Same model the first 2 are up to date but the new one doesn’t update. I’m very disappointed. I am trying to reach out to customer service instead of giving a bad review but there’s no way to reach them so, here the end results. I hope this issue will be fixed in the near future, once fixed will be happy to change my review.

Works like a charm

Had a problem with setting it up at first but it did the job. My phone can now connect even in the farthest part of our 2nd floor! Our internet mbps is the same all throughout the house. In my case, it worked as a wifi range extender. It didn’t make our mbps go over our internet plan like some reviewers experience.
