I could not ask for more—this app was very helpful to me when I did my home relocation and needed both advanced and same-day furniture delivery and transfers with or without extra helpers to carry the items. This lengthy review was worth sharing. 😌

It’s been so many years since we joined transportify. Back then they said that they’ve been working on to have transportify for drivers here in apple store, but it’s been two years already and up until now there’s no transportify for drivers for apple users. Will it cost your company to much for setting up a platform here? It’s very inconvenient for drivers who happens to be apple users to switch phones just for transportify use. If it cost to much, why is it that other transportation services can afford it like angkas for example. And also, I think you should re evaluate how you penalize your drivers just because of a non sense customer complaint. If the driver arrives within 60 mins for an immediate booking even if the driver is only 5 mins away and the cuatomer cancels the booking because the driver took 30 mins to arrive. I think you should’nt entertain such complaint because the time frame that was indicated for an immediate booking is within 60 mins, not unles if you guys just want to penalize drivers just to make your pockets fatter. Because if you will keep on doing that, make it sure that if the driver arrives and a cash customer cancels the booking. Make it sure that you can also provide credits for the driver for the inconvenience of going to the drop off location just to know that the booking was already cancelled. Then if the driver complains the only thing that you will advice the driver is to keep refreshing the app, even if the driver is driving??? If you want to flourish more pls take a look at all of these. Because i already have friends who used to drive for you guys but decided to quit because of all of these factors, me as well is starting to consider quitting.
