Lap gps (ap’s) working but not on litebeams (stations)

I can access my AP (ptmp) but I cannot access my litebeam gen 2”s (stations) it always promps me either run time error or connection time out

Also, please make sure that your mobile phone is connected to the same subnet as the device you are trying to access - you can do that by inserting that device's IP address to the URL address field of your browser. If you get the device's login screen that way, then you should be able to connect with UNMS mobile app as well.
