Best all around web mag for guys!
Ive been following Uncrate for a year now and its like an addiction, i cant stop checking it. It features the best and coolest guy-stuff available and unattainable...now i can check it on the go!
Terrible Customer Experience
I tried Uncrate for the first time about a month ago, and ordered a number of items for overseas shipment. One item was missing and Uncrate said it was their oversight, so a replacement was sent. The thing is, local customs wants me to pay a second time for the duties. I refused, so Fedex held delivery. I emailed Uncrate a number of times so they may coordinate the matter with Fedex. To this day I have yet to receive a response from Uncrate. Their autoreply says Uncrate provides a response in full within 24 hours, but that just isn’t true. Too bad, considering Uncrate does have a slick app. The actual experience does not match the gloss.
Browse option missing
Everything seems to work well except that the categories that are supposed to pop up in the browse section are missing on the iPad but present on the iPhone. Please have an update to fix this issue
