I found that when I provided a rating of 3.5 , I got a call back from UC and Service provider. They were ready to clean again without extra charges and make amends. This is professionalism that I liked.
DONT BOOK HERE!
Booked at 12, cleaner arrived at 12:30. Let them cleaned the bathroom without disturbing them for half an hour. I went to check after and saw that they’re already done. Pls note that I booked a deep cleaning service and ofcourse paid more. For 30 minutes they tried to finish everything. Black dirt still on walls. I checked the toilet bowl and pointed that it’s still dirty, he proceeded to wipe it with the same cloth that he wiped all over the walls! Man I now feel more dirty! I don’t trust what they did exactly and now I feel like cleaning it again! This is sick! No one from customer service is reachable! Totally a waste of time and money. If I could give negative of all negative I would!
Very Poor Management
Very poor management. Cant even schedule well. Will cancel an appointment and the client will not know, you will just be suprise. You will only know once you send them feedback or call their associates (that doesnt always answer). Very poor management. No credibility. No customer service.
