Postpaid Services
It is now simple to make mobile bill payments on the Vi™ App. The autopay feature lets users schedule their postpaid bill payments every month, on a chosen date without having to miss bill payments.

Postpaid customers are given a certain credit limit, based on user eligibility. This credit limit can be used to acquire features which aren’t part of the existing plan, the additional cost of the new features will be added to the bill amount in the next billing cycle.
Postpaid users can also avail the Promise to pay feature on the Vi™ App that gives them 48 hours to pay their due bills, enabling them to continuously make calls, send messages and browse the Internet.

Our best postpaid plans which include family and individual plans provide users with exclusive postpaid plan benefits on the Vi™ App.
Users can now view their postpaid bill payment history and also compare their bill payments.
