Please fix the “Apple ID has exceeded”

I just bought some video star packs back in December 2020 to be exact. To be honest, those packs were such a help to me. Since I had those packs I decided to share my friends my apple ID so that they can improve their edits more with the packs I bought. I gave 2 people my videostar pack. Everything was fine until their was a line that says “apple id has exceeded”. I was worried honestly cause I used half of my money for these. I tried contacting VideoStar through Instagram yet they haven’t replied for 3 days already. If they had time to repost edits in their Instagram Stories why don’t they have time to respond to people’s problems. I tried contacting the “?” Button in the VideoStar app yet still no response. I tried reloading the packs yet there’s still none. If you’re ever putting a line that says “apple id has exceeded”, you should have a solution for this problem incase people encounter this type of problems:)

Sharing purchases is against Apple's terms of service. That was never an ok thing to do. As for your messages to us, you should have got a response from us by now when you contacted us through the app. If not, email us at support@videostarapp.com but I'll bet you have an answer by now. We stopped doing IG support because we were getting spammed and DM's were getting lost by IG so we weren't able to help people effectively. So we migrated to our in-app support. We choose our reposts through IG's Mentions which doesn't require going into DM's to do that.

Videostar is nice, don’t get me wrong and i’ve been using this apps for edits for about a year now but i’ve just encountered a problem where whenever i try to split clips like quick split or the multi split it would take long for the phone to actually split those clips. and for it to work i have to turn off the power mode of my phone and turn it on again just so i could split those clips but not even after 10 minutes later i encountered the same problem over again. i don’t know if this is a bug or something but it just completely ruined my mood.

Can you send us a message through Video Star on your device by tapping on the ❓ on the main screen of Video Star, then tap Support, and use the contact us. If you get a message saying the email is not configured then just send us a screenshot of the message that shows up and email it to support@videostarapp.com

Make other features free

Video star is THE BEST VIDEO EDITING APPLICATION EVER! I extremely enjoy and love editing videos in Video Star. But I’m sad cause some features I like are not available for free. When I subscribe for 3months, I don’t really edit much for 3months so, I somelike waste my money cause the subscription ends then I’m still not yet editing a few vids. Well that’s my fault though 😁. I understand that it is impossible to make them free but I think at least deduct a little bit more on the price. Add a lifetime Video Star Pro option if ever. I don’t really want to demand with this petition. But if you ever think of it, well THANK YOU! ❤️❤️❤️ (You don’t really need to do my request 😅😅)
