I subscribed for a Viki pass and so far I am getting my money’s worth. I am able to watch great dramas and learning few korean words and phrases too out of it. It helped that there are timed comments on the side which added to the overall watching experience. If for improvements, some subtitles are either missing or timed incorrectly.

I was literally happy since it doesn't load that much, at first I didn't mind the ads but then when I went on to my 2nd episode the ads were veryyy slow and then suddenly the screen just turns to black. I had to replay it for 5 times still the ads kept bugging. It became very annoying, please fix this everything is actually perfect but because of the ads everything is ruined.

Glad I subscribed for only a month. There was nothing for me to watch. None of the shows I wanted to watch are here. Last time I checked there were shows like Men on a Mission and other good finds, but I can’t seem to find them anymore. The country restriction is annoying too as it limits the shows that I can watch. Viu and Netflix are waaaaaaaaaaay better. Netflix also has certain restrictions, but I can still find good shows there. Rakuten Viki is the worst in terms of app interface and content! Being the worst in terms of content says a lot.

So slow to load. Its ok to have ads even 3 commercials as long as it loads fast.... and goes back to the movie. What’s happening it loads to slow until the screen goes black and goes to home page. Sometimes/ most of the time ad freezes takes forever to load.
