Refund thru Gcash
Hello, can you help me refund my payment because I did cancel my subscription but still ₱559 went thru to pay for the subscription I cancelled. Please help me on my concern, this is not a small problem if others have experienced it also. Thanks.

Hello there,
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
However, please note that there won't be any charges if the subscription is canceled before the renewal.
Still, if you cancel the subscription after the expiration date, the cancelation doesn't cancel the scheduled transaction.
Unfortunately, developers don't have the tools to issue a refund. Please contact Apple directly to submit the refund request:
1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."
3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
4. Choose the subscription, then choose Submit.

Subscription model is broken
I've signed up for premium but when I close the app it asks me to subscribe again. I click restore and it says it's failed.
