The app has issues and you don’t see a lot of options for redeeming points. Just about <10 options. Before there was still a Pal points options now if you click available or active rewards in the app nothing i mean NOTHING shows 😅 it’s like nobody monitors that the app is working and this was just launched for the sake of it.

Trending deals only has 3 shown and featured rewards only has 4 shown. It doesn’t feel like a usable and real rewards points conversion. Better just call bpi and have your points converted to rebate or payment for your card

not all coupons are loading. i have more than 10 and when i reach the bottom of the list it will lag and reload late. once it loads all the coupons per merchant, once i click on it it will take minutes to load. more often than not it lags and you’ll be automatically logged off your account. i am using the latest update on iphone. our coupons will just be expired and can’t be used since they took forever to load the coupon! please hire a better UI/UX personnel. tsk. what’s the use of converting your CC points to coupons you can’t even use!

I’ve been trying to reach out to get support because my egift certificates appear to have been “used” even though I wasn’t able to use them!!!!!! It’s not my fault that your app is so underdeveloped, it won’t even open the eGC when I tap it. Then when I refresh and check back in, those eGCs already appear to have been used. It’s already a pain having to log back in because apparently, your system insists that the session timed out even if I am actively using the app. Kalokkkkaaaaaaaa!!!! Would not recommenddd!!! Fix your app first!!!!!!!!

Hi grrrrcvvvv! Some rewards appear “used” once you view the voucher from the VYBE app. You may still view the voucher, copy the code and paste it on the partner app/website. For partners with physical stores, you may still avail the reward when you visit the partner merchant. For merchants requiring a barcode scan, please ensure to have your phone on Light Mode.
