I hope BPI and the developers reads the reviews for this application, and I really hope there will be updates that address the bugs.

The application has potential, however, the more I use it, the less I want to. For quite some time, I’ve observed the following issues: almost every time I use it, the app crashes or stutters while performing even simple tasks, such as navigating the GUI. I’ve also noticed a specific scenario where, after cashing in and about to proceed with sending money, the app freezes and then crashes. Additionally, the app noticeably makes my device warm, even when used for only a short period. All of these things indicate an incomplete or unpolished application. I wonder how the app passed QA/UAT testing, as it’s impossible to miss such bugs with a thorough checklist. I’m not sure how this application managed to go into production.

I’ve seen all the one star reviews a year ago and I can’t believe how much the app has improved since. I downloaded this app under the recommendation of a friend and I I’m so glad that I did! I just LOVE how most of the bank transfers are free, it’s been my go to app since installing and I haven’t used GCash for anything else other than the billers Vybe app doesn’t support yet. Some nice to haves! * ability to save favorite billers / other banks we frequently send money to * support for Meralco bill payment (plsss) * make the texts a bit smaller, I feel like people behind me can easily make out my MPIN (not sure tho if this was a usability decision to make the text this big) * face time support * credit card linking to monitor rewards as was initially promised Some performance issues I noticed: the first couple of times I used the app, my transactions would fail the first time. It would succeed when I retry. I also had some transactions that took around 10mins to load and I had to close the app (thankfully the transaction didn’t go through). Haven’t experienced them again since but I will keep an eye out! Excited for more features!

I hope the developer will read this review. I am a member of a facebook group of all users of this app and as of now there are a lot of user who encounters issues with this app including me. I cannot access the app for almost 3 weeks already so I cannot access my funds as well. I have been calling the customer service almost everyday but no progress took place at all, they promised to solve the issue on March 4 but it wasn’t, then they promised to fixed the issue again by March 10 but nothing happened at all. Until now I cannot access my funds with this app and they haven’t even set an expectation when it will be resolved. This cause me so much stress since the fund that was in there is for emergency but I had no choice since it seems like the team who should fix the issue had no remorse at well despite the fact I am calling repeatedly asking for their help to fix the issue since I needed the fund badly. If I were you don’t try to use this app for now, if you don’t want to
experience the same.
