Not that useful
The available rewards part of the app is always empty. So how does it make claiming rewards easier? Especially if I opt to convert my points into cash. Also, I have two BPI credit cards that earn points. The app doesn’t clearly shows from which card the points were earned. I noticed as well that not all transactions earned points which is not supposed to be because every transaction I do using my BPI credit cards is valid and qualified to earn points.

I’d like to thank the developers for making such a motivational app. BPI Vybe reminds me that nothing else can be as useless as an app that claims to reflect credit card points in real time and provide an easier way to redeem rewards, when in fact it does none of those.
This app exists because it was willed to exist by some being (whether that being is benevolent or malevolent, the reviews on here seem to have formed a consensus.) It unabashedly takes up space. It is hated by the blind, but I’m happy to say that I have been enlightened.
BPI Vybe is a superapp. Not that it’s a super app, but it makes me feel super because at least something else can exist without any other reason but existing.
Not loading and unable to login
Since it’s a redundant app, i never really use it as a ewallet (dont even see vybe logo in ayala mall stores) so it’s sole purpose is viewing of points of my BPI online and CC accounts but nothing really reflects - the last time there’s a posted points was back in Sept 2023. The app got offloaded eventually, and now that I am trying to access it, the login page just says “This email exists” and I have tried to get support but it’s been 3 weeks since I reached out and no one had the courtesy to even reply to my email or reach out to me to help me with the issue. Tried calling bpi’s CS line, if not “all circuits are busy”, I am just on the queue for 45mins, i just had to give up.
