App is crashing
Hello,
I loved how the app works for my phone but for some reason, it’s not working on my phone now. I already restarted my phone and I even uninstalled and reinstalled it but it’s still not working. I tried accessing it on my friends iphone but same thing is happening, its kicking me out to the app as soon as it tried to connect to the meeting. Hope we can fix it asap. Thanks!
Unstable connection
The meeting that we just was not too stable. Most of the speakers were kicked out while giving their statements. The video is also not clear and freezes a lot. No options for backgrounds or orofile pictures. Please improve your app.
First time use, sign in, app download and first time use
Such a hassle and a pain! First, I used launch browser, I got no audio. I logged out, I installed the app on my iPad, then it wouldn’t let me link my Webex personal meeting link. After few tries, got successful. Next, it couldn’t find the meeting with the meeting ID. then it again asked me to register which opened to gmail browser then told me only available for computer. I then moved to safari then it asked me register again which later prompt said I was already registered....Aaargh! Missed half of my webinar!
