Payment Method
I noticed that in the payment method, I need to keep on entering my credit card details whenever I need to purchase something. I hope the app developer can improve this feature wherein, we can just enroll our credit card details so that whenever we need to check out for payment, we won’t have to input the credit card details every time. Thank you!
ENHYPEN Weverse Fanclub Benefit
Purchased their fanclub but it choose and pick where they will be giving the benefit even though overseas fans don’t have a lot of opportunities to enjoy the membership because there is nothing aside from events to be held in the overseas’ fans country of residence but even the engene zone is not offered. It is unfair compared to other stops who got it all, we also paid for the membership so I hope they would offer the benefit when an opportunity arises such as concerts outside the country and not just offer the benefit to where ENHYPEN always goes like Korea, Japan, China, and U.S.
Refund
I just wanted to send raged abt refunding i hope it woll be fast than usual especially it was said that it will only take 2-3 business days to be refunder but mine got 10 days before got refund please please atleast give a notice i really needed the monwy that time but it just can’t be refunded and also the orders tracking please fix it it’s not acurate as well
