Very late, no refund

Ordered before 5pm. Delivery time was supposed to be 18:30-19:15. It’s 20:15 and food hasn’t arrived. I asked for cancellation at 19:20 but they assured me rider was 20 minutes away. I called again at 19:50 and they refused to allow me to cancel so I can order food elsewhere. I’m sure food will be cold when it arrives, if it still does, and it looks like they’ll make it difficult to get a refund. BEWARE of this app! Stay away!
