Avoid at All Cost!
At first it was working fine. i was able to verify my account fully. But after linking my bank details and credit card details, they have restricted my account and required me to resubmit my address information! I have been submitting my documents with my home address. Starting from my credit card statement with confidential information and my utility bill! Now the app is saying that I have exceeded my verification attempts and now I’m blocked! This after fully linking my credit card details! All of my document are now being denied saying that the address must fully match the address on file to a tee! From the commas and no abbreviations! To think they are able to send me a physical card using my address! This is starting to get frustrating. I just want to get the last remaining amount, delete my bank details and close my account. Totally a scam! Avoid at all cost! It will just get your bank details and block you!

Annoying requirements on the address verification
I believe it’s part of requirements that banks don’t reveal home address on the billing/statement for protect personal information. Also, it’s paperless these days. Who has hard copy of bank statement with their home address on it??? I check 3 banks of mine, and many different resources. But can not find ones that fit their requirements. Very annoying and outdated requirements when I just want to apply for a new physical card. Haven’t been using this papa for long time because everyone I tried to fix it but will just so frustrated and leave the app.
