One of my fave app

This app is in the top of my mind when it comes to Health app. They have a features whereby there’s a daily reminder - a quote to get you inspired and motivated. To help you remember why exercising and taking your body is of great importance. It is also easy to navigate and user friendly. You can either customize your exercise routine or follow their suggestions. From having a tutorial video, music that will pump you, voice of an instructor to progress monitoring chart. These are some of the features I love about it plus it’s free!!!! I recommend you to use this guys!

Totally worth it!

I started the Ultimate Bikini Body program at 3 days a week. I found myself doing it every day after 2 weeks. The exercises don’t force you to do more than what a woman’s body can do. I usually have a problem with overdoing workouts and my body really reacts to it. It’s really good for those who want to start a fit and strong lifestyle and those who lost their bikini bods and want to find their way back! Routines are great! You will want it more and more and they are really short and effective. Am really loving it! 💕

Suggestion for the app

Can you pls add Chloe Ting’s workouts?

This app helped me so much but then almost all very nice program aren’t free and downloadable so I started searching and discovered Chloe Ting’s workout vids and in just one week I could really see progress in how my body looks and I love it so I kept using Chloe’s vids and have not recently used this app so I was hoping the developer of this app would consider including Chloe Ting’s workout there. In that way I could continue monitoring days of my workouts
