Ad problem

The ads for rewards are so buggy. If it shows an x button early even if you dont click it, after the ad it says “video skipped. you wont receive any reward.” like ive wasted so much time watching ads that gave me nothing because of this. Also, I agree with the review that you need to reduce the time for cooking. Others take 2 hours (for example the carbonara and there’s like 6 orders of carbonara / 3 in one table) which is like 9 hours only for one table. This makes me hop into other similar apps. The waiting time makes me so sleepy

Buggy little waiting game

Loading sometimes takes forever, then the social market gets buggy (like when it says I’ve sold stuff but when I open it, it’s still selling). Controls are weird too. When I try to select floor tiles to change them, stations are selected instead. Or when I try to go out of a station, I end up clicking others instead. Cooking takes even longer than loading, and you have to spend gems to “upgrade” the stations. This game is waaaay too pay2win that that’s probably all you’ll ever do. Just keep paying instead of playing. Too bad coz the concept is great, and the creativity when it comes to the menus is pretty good.

Bug on production queue

Hi team. Please trouble shoot the bug where I am losing all of the food that I have queued. This is mostly happening on bread, grill and even more frequently on the Sea Captain queue. I also agree that you need to trouble shoot your ads. Even more the reason because this is where you your company earns the most. I would not mind watching more ads as long as it does not waste my time.
