Just last night i make a ft from my account tru world remit via mobile wallet bt suddenly the app was corrupted and session expired was written when i open again the app i cant log in it anymore and my online trasnfer was gone til now i ddnt receive the money and they send me a notification to my email that the money was received already bt there is nothing on my mobile wallet account sad day

Terrible Service — Do not use.
This is by far, the worst app I’ve used for sending money. The worst, and it’s not even close.
I gave it a try because their exchange fees are better than some competitors, and then I realized, the trade of is that — they have, little to no customer service. They have call lines, but those at minimum will result in a waiting period of over an hour. When you are traveling internationally, paying fees per call, well — there goes your exchange rate benefit.
They have no chat support.
Their exchange rate is only higher because unlike competitors, they can’t afford reliable service.
A mobile money wallet transfer that typically takes seconds on Remitly, has not even deposited after waiting over a day — and, no way to get it resolved besides hoping, that one of these calls is answered. They boast a “5 minute wait” resulting in hours.
By the time this money is transferred and I’m connected, I will have already spent more money just trying to contact their nonexistent customer support line than I transferred. Well over a couple hundred dollars sitting idle for an answer.
Do not use this service. If you don’t receive the money or the recipient doesn’t, tough luck. They don’t even guarantee a refund either.
Stay away. Scam artists.

no clear information as to why i’m getting an error message
i was trying to cash out from my wallet through payment center or through mobile transfer however it gave me an error with no information as to what the error is. tried contacting WR but to no avail. i just want to get my money out that is all i want
